Aims

The primary aim of the International MBA program is to equip participants with the strong competencies and skills that will accompany them throughout their career. The program allows participants to immediately put into practise new ideas, frameworks and tools, through teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration, case-study methodology and challenging projects.
The diversity of students and faculty combined with the international opportunities allow participants to also gain the global business skills and insights to operate successfully anywhere in the world. The MBA is designed to train the ‘manager of the future’ capable of addressing cross functional, multi-dimensional and complex problems.

The International Full-Time MBA is a 12-month program entirely taught in English. The new improved format of the MBA program is one of a kind designed to impart the technical and interpersonal skills needed by the modern manager who is increasingly required to solve cross-functional, multi-dimensional and complex problems.
The program is offered in official collaboration with several multinational and Italian companies offering company sponsorships as well as project work and job opportunities to candidates. The Master combines a first distance learning phase with a more traditional on campus phase dedicated to topics in general management, including also Design thinking and Lean start-up. Afterwards, students will have the chance to specialize in one of the following areas: Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Digital transformation e Big Data, Luxury e Design management, General Management.
