Admission requirements: Graduates in any discipline, with at least 4 years of work experience, who want to enter into the profession of Project Manager or specialise in the management of complex processes. Non-graduates with significant work experience.

Aims

The aim of the International Executive Master in Project Management is to convey to its participants the methodological knowledge and the multidisciplinary skills necessary to being successful in the implementation and management of complex projects across industries, as well as to develop a network of industry professionals at global level to fast-track your career.

The International Executive Master in Project Management (ieMPM) at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, in its new international format and via digital learning, is the programme designed for professionals who wishto develop therole of the Project Manager at 360° through a flexible and customisable formula, and to expand their network at global level.

The 12-month Master, delivered in English and in digital learning mode, allows professionals to combine their studies with their work commitments. Thanks to the different teaching methods, such as classroom courses, case studies, business games, outdoor training and the final project work, the ieMPM enables participants to acquire the core competences and soft skills necessary for operating in current business contexts: the Master programme provides an experience in line with the real needs of the market and is designed to convey a structured approach to the planning, control and management of risks, organisation by processes, goal-oriented management and satisfaction of corporate stakeholders.

At the end of the training course, participants will be qualified to take the IPMA® (International Project Management Association) Level D Certification Exam for Project Managers. The Master’s contents will also be useful for the achievement of further international certifications. The school is also a PMI Authorized Training Provider, so the students will have the opportunity to get the training needed to take the examination for the PMP® certification.
