Master in Strategic Management of Human Resources and Organizations John Cabot University

The course is combined with in-class lectures, project works, and practical work experience at partner companies and organizations. 

The course is taught in Italian (80% of in-class lectures) and English (20% of in-class lectures).

The course includes the following modules: orientation to the job market, principles of marketing, organizational variables, human resources management, recruitment and selection, performance and project management, skills development, administrative operations, interpersonal relationships, the HR in an international context, english grammar and conversation, business english.

Requisiti di ammissione

Tutti i candidati dovranno risultare laureati (laurea triennale o laurea a ciclo unico, B.A.). Può essere considerato titolo preferenziale un livello almeno intermedio di conoscenza della lingua inglese, e un voto di laurea pari o superiore a 90/110. L'accesso ai Master prevede un processo di selezione, basato sullo screening della documentazione ricevuta e su un colloquio motivazionale virtuale (in lingua italiana) da svolgersi con la Direzione del Centro di Alta Formazione.
