Aims

Graduates with an MBA in Human Resources Management go on to become heads of HR and managers for global companies, as well as independent advisors in the highly lucrative field of consultancy.

Graduates of this program deliver added value to core stakeholders in a business world where management has to focus heavily on its most important asset: its people.

All applicants should submit the following documents_

  • Completed application form
  • 1 copy of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and transcripts
  • Proof of English fluency: TOEFL score 213 (computer-based), 80 (internet-based); IELTS 6.0; CAE C; PTE 54; English native or equivalent*
  • 2 letters of recommendation (use of PPI recommended, see below)
  • 1 written or video essay
  • 1 copy of CV/résumé
  • 3 passport-size photos
  • Copy of passport
  • Bank letter certifying the applicant’s financial solvency

Criteria for assessing applications:
  • CV Screening
  • Motivation letter
  • References
  • Examination
  • Motivational interview

Applicants must also meet two of the following:

  • A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • A satisfactory score on the GMAT or GRE
  • 2+ years of professional work experience (may include military service)
  • An interview with the Dean
