The Course examines the variables essential to start and manage a top-of-the-range licensing process, by analysing the increasingly stringent relations with the activities of Brand Extension and Contract until Merchandising. Areas and activities today interconnected with a common goal: to seek business growth by brand application with positive results.
Aims
The Licensing Manager is not only concerned with the design and the formal and technology aspects of a product, but has assumed an integral role in all stages of the cycle: production, distribution and communication. Licensing, in fact, does not mean only to license one's own brand, but also includes brand extension, merchandising and contract construed as ways of extending one's brand to other sectors or other markets.The course is aimed at graduates from schools and faculties of design, engineering and architecture, business administration, marketing and communications. Candidate profiles not matching these categories may be evaluated by management for admission.
The proposed training consists of 4 modules which enable students to grasp the necessary issues in order to to engage in the profession of Licensing Manager through the study of information related to the contexts of strategy, planning, communication and distribution.
