Course content

This course will develop analytical, evaluative and research skills and provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the tensions that exist in the contemporary domestic and international legal framework.

Students will benefit from a dedicated team of lecturers who have commercial and professional law backgrounds, as well as substantial teaching experience on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The course combines specialist instruction and examination with the completion of a piece of research on a topic of special interest.

Students generally study three or four modules in each semester, followed by the dissertation.
