This course will develop the knowledge, understanding and professional abilities of graduate engineers and practitioners of civil engineering, together with advanced capabilities and engineering skills to enhance your career as a civil engineer.
It has been designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of the role of the civil engineer, and to develop and implement recognised and innovative approaches to civil engineering in the context of the broad range of organisations and projects that occur in the built environment.
This degree is accredited as meeting the requirements for Further Learning for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) for candidates who have already acquired a partial CEng accredited undergraduate first degree.
The course was designed to investigate the new dynamics that influence consumer choice and how the design of internal and external areas (e.g. wellness or "private spa" areas) can determine the success of a facility, both in the case of restyling and new constructions.
