A postgraduate diploma or PGDip is a postgraduate qualification awarded typically after a bachelor's degree. Boys and girls graduated but also young professionals follow this postgraduate diploma or PGDip because it does not require them to invest as much time as a master 's degree or a PHD but it let them acquire specific and deep knowledge in the sector they want to work for. It is commonly awarded to men and women who have completed most or all of the courses of a master's programme, but did not do the master's dissertation.
