In today’s competitive scenario, Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 are an emerging technological breakthrough and specific competences are required to deliver products and services to customers. In this context, the International Master in Smart Operations and Industry 4.0 aims to provide students with the ability to manage the challenges, combining the process, the product and the technological view.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The programme will start in October and be divided as follows:

PILLAR 1: GENERAL MANAGEMENT (ONLINE)

Get a strong basis in operations management, digital transformation and project management.

PILLAR 2: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

You will have the chance to explore courses in Digital Transformation that will allow you to acquire knowledge of Digital Business Strategy, Governance and Digital Infrastructure.

PILLAR 3: SMART OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Take part in a journey with active-learning classes in which you will be able to go over topics such as Smart Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics, and many others. 

PILLAR 4: SMART OPERATIONS IMPROVEMENT

Be aware of how smart operations may improve with Quality Management, Operational Excellence and Analytics. 

PROJECT WORK

You will need to accomplish and present an academic or company-based project in the form of a short thesis or describe the project you have developed in partnership with one or more companies.

LEADERSHIP & MANAGERIAL SKILLS

The Master will give you the opportunity to acquire and develop leadership and managerial skills through dedicated modules such as: Negotiation, Effective Communication, Leadership and Team Dynamics.

MASTER YOUR GROWTH
