MA or Master of Arts is a master's degree awarded by universities, schools of the arts or academies in social sciences, humanities, theology and fine arts. Graduates are required to have a bachelor's degree to be admitted to MA or Master of Arts which typically lasts from one up to two years full-time.

Students of these programs often cover technical roles which then expert in maintenance management, engineering and design, plant manager or innovation managers.
