The masters programme prepares you for an academic career or a career in internationally operating organization with departments in the area of work and organizational psychology.
1st semester (Maastricht):
- Basic and advanced knowledge in the areas of human resources, organizations, human cognition and performance, work psychology, and statistics.
2nd semester (Lüneburg):
- Human resource management and negotiation from an intercultural perspective
- Intensive reading course about classical and contemporary contributions to work and organizational psychology
- Methodological skills
3rd semester (Valencia):
- Interventions in work and organizational psychology
- Group research project
4th semester (in of the three universities):
- Master thesis
